Hi,

I've been trying to work out how to control robocode externally using the
control API, but try as I might I haven't been able to get anywhere.

I've looked at all the documentation, but I can't seem to find an idiot
proof, step by step guide on how to get it going.

I realise that I'm probably coming across as a bit of a fool, but if
someone could provide one I would be eternally grateful

Thanks.

You can see an example of how to use the Robocode Control API for Java here:
http://robocode.sourceforge.net/docs/robocode/index.html?robocode/control/package-summary.html

You can also control Robocode from .NET using the .NET version of the
control API:
http://robocode.sourceforge.net/docs/robocode.dotnet.control/Index.html

I hope this helps. :-)

Cheers,

That is what I was looking for :)

Where would I run that from so that it can import the necessary packages? /
Where can I find them?
